How do government engagements work?
We're MBE certified and experienced with government procurement processes, Section 508 compliance, and VPAT documentation. We can work through standard procurement channels or respond to RFPs directly.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most clients start with a focused sprint — either a Brand & Digital Presence Sprint (2–4 weeks, $5K–$12K) or a Product Discovery Sprint (1–2 weeks, $5K–$8.5K). From there, many transition to retainer partnerships for ongoing support.
Do you offer ongoing support after a project?
Yes. Many of our client relationships evolve into monthly retainers that include priority scheduling, flexible tasking, and strategic counsel. We remain invested in your success beyond project completion.
What's included in your pricing?
All engagements include project management, communication, documentation, 2–3 revision rounds, and knowledge transfer. No hidden fees. We'll outline everything clearly in our proposal before work begins.
